Site Survey & Design Consultancy

We start with an on-site survey and a tailored design consultancy to fully understand the space and the client’s needs.
This phase includes the development of layout drawings and sections showing how the proposed bespoke furniture fits within the space. We also produce photorealistic renderings and moodboards, carefully defining materials and finishes: wood veneers and solid woods, lacquers, metals, fabrics, and colour palettes.
The design is then translated into a preliminary cost estimate, providing a clear budget framework before moving into production.

Engineering & Production for Flawless Execution

Once the design is approved, we move into the engineering phase to ensure precision and buildability.
This includes detailed shop drawings with joint details, panel thicknesses, hardware specifications (hinges, runners, fittings), and all provisions for integrated LED lighting. We also prepare a complete bill of materials and hardware schedules, reducing waste, avoiding errors, and ensuring full control of the production process.

Site Coordination

We coordinate directly with all other professionals involved on sitesuch as electricians, plumbers, and decorators to ensure that all technical provisions (power outlets, plumbing connections, lighting points) are perfectly aligned with the bespoke furniture and interior elements.
This integrated approach guarantees a smooth installation process and a final result that fully reflects the original design intent.

We oversee every finish and detail from bespoke drywall solutions to premium flooring and wall finishes and curate the complete furnishing package, including custom-made elements, selected components, and refined accessories.
